Welcome to REMstack ("we," "us," "our"), operated by Maksim Mezhigurskii, enskild firma registered in Sweden. By accessing or using remstack.io (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. What REMstack Is

REMstack is a data-driven platform for lucid dreaming and astral projection practitioners. The Platform provides practice tracking, dream journaling, sleep data visualization, correlation analytics, a knowledge base, and related tools.

2. What REMstack Is NOT

REMstack is not a medical service. The Platform does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content — including information about supplements, sleep techniques, and practices — is for informational and educational purposes only.

  • Supplements: Any information about supplements (dosages, effects, interactions) is provided for informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before taking any supplements, especially if you have pre-existing conditions, take medication, or are pregnant or nursing.
  • Sleep practices: Lucid dreaming and astral projection techniques may affect sleep quality. If you experience sleep disturbances, anxiety, or any adverse effects, discontinue practice and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Mental health: If you have a history of psychiatric conditions (including anxiety, depression, PTSD, psychosis, or dissociative disorders), consult your healthcare provider before engaging in intensive lucid dreaming or astral projection practice.
  • Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read on REMstack.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By using REMstack, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into these Terms.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account or transfer it to another person.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written permission
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Impersonate another person or entity
  • Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. Intellectual Property

Platform

The Platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by REMstack. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Knowledge Base

Content in the Knowledge Base is licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0. You may share and adapt this content with proper attribution under the terms of that license.

Your Data

You own your data. Your dream logs, session records, and personal data belong to you. We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data.

7. Founding Members & Subscriptions

Free Access for Founding Members

Founding members receive free access to core Platform features (practice tracker, dream journal, basic analytics) for as long as the Platform operates. This offer is limited to the first 100 members.

Future Paid Features

We may introduce paid premium features in the future (such as AI coaching, advanced analytics, or integrations). These features may require a separate subscription. Founding members' free access to core features will not be affected.

Changes to Features

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Platform at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

8. Third-Party Services

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., Polar for sleep data, Telegram for quick logging, Stripe for payments). Your use of these services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES ABOUT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT ON THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING INFORMATION ABOUT SUPPLEMENTS, TECHNIQUES, OR PRACTICES.

YOU USE THE PLATFORM AND ALL INFORMATION, TECHNIQUES, AND PRACTICES DESCRIBED THEREIN ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMSTACK AND ITS OWNER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Any health effects from supplements, techniques, or practices described on the Platform
  • Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
  • Interruption of service
  • Any reliance on information provided through the Platform

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR €100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

11. Assumption of Risk

By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Lucid dreaming and astral projection practices carry inherent risks, including potential sleep disruption
  • You are solely responsible for your health and any decisions you make based on information from the Platform
  • You will consult appropriate healthcare professionals before making changes to your health routine, including taking supplements

12. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Platform settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, we will remove your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.
